As a female truck driver with 21 years experience in the business and 18 years with the same truck it’s hard out here. Having your team is essential but it’s hard to do that running the road because you can’t use the same people unless you make your way home for monthly repairs. Respect sis on what cha doing and being real. So many fakes out here
@@ashielarry When you are lucky enough to break down close to home you can, but when out on the road in random cities/states it is impossible to avoid dealing with scammers and scumbags posing as reputable businesses/mechanics. There are shops out there that will mess up the simplest crap like tightening down lug nuts, properly tightening down the radiator caps, and securing hoses leaving you stuck on the side of the road in darkness with trucks and 4-wheelers whizzing by. Been through all 3. If you are not a mechanic lots of experiences with getting stuck is the only thing that teaches you to check everything these scumbags do. Even with experience, you may catch broken lines, hoses, loose lugs, etc. but can't pull apart an engine and tranny and are stuck relying on the scumbag's word with lots of money on the line.

I'm not the type of trucker to hate on you like some of the others on your channel. When it comes to the things you do, keep doing it. Most of those that tell you about buying used equipment, only wish they had the resources that you do. Some of these Truck mechanic shops are Ghetto and unprofessional. You need to research places to get repairs who are knowledgeable and have Decent repair prices. Once you find one stick with them and stay up on your maintenance.
Your feeling of being mad because those mechanics at Sans Diesel Service damaged your valuable truck, including digging holes on your hood. You entrusted your truck into the care of those mechanics to do a thoroughly proper job for which you paid.
