This is not 'Chinese' halal food because they are not Chinese converts. They are an ethnic minority community called the Huis. Their ancestors were traders and missionaries who came from the Middle East about 2000 years ago and married local women. They have their own ethnic costumes and music which are different from the Chinese.

And if the eatery is not owned by a Muslim, it has to get a Halal certificate and there must be Muslim workers to ensure that the kitchen, utensils, ingredients, etc.. are halal.

So, a French bakery which wishes to cater to Muslim customers have to ensure not only the ingredients but also the oven and other utensils are halal. That means the cook cannot use the mould to bake a cake with alcohol. He cannot use the same oven to bake a pork pie. It has to get a halal certificate. Then, it can display the sign 'Halal'. So, there's no such a thing called French Halal Bakery. It means this French Bakery is halal certified.

The first 1 China mee tarik is overrated. The soup so tasteless. The meat where got so many, just few slices only and somemore u blow the meat, the meat will fly few meters away.
