This durian sellers are valuable n professional with cutting skill.....👍👍👍👍👍
Wow the Thai food looks authentic and yummy
Great content. I love it once again. 👍👍👍😍😍😍
I never understood people slicing off the "skin" of the charcoal baked bread loaves. When I used to buy whole loaves, I just asked for the baker to slice, but not to remove the "crust" unless it is burnt. If freshly baked, the "crust" has a nice crunch. These type of bread is simply made, not much flavour if just a white loaf. 😄
看到很多傳統美食👍🏻😋

15:20 - 16:59 Okonomaki. probably same or next to sushi stall because towards the end you see ongiri triangles in the background while the okonomaki is being packed in takeaway box.
23:34 Charcoal toast stall. What do they have with the toast? kaya? dyk if they give the bread crusts to someone who uses breadcrumbs (like like the fried chicken) or just becomes food waste, perhaps used as food for animals.
24:59: Satay stall. Goat, beef and chicken satay. Kambing is goat. Ayam is chicken. Daging is meat which I assume is beef as this is a malay / muslim satay stall
Note re durian: Musang king, black thorn, D13 and D101 is the name of the variety. Similar to variety of apples, with slightly different texture and flavours and what they look like on the ouside when ripe
