Didn't play the NESaemon version, the base game is just way too limited, but it's a novelty ngl.
The sequel is kinda clunky when it comes to the controls, I get what Shiga was trying to go for with the whole support pods thing, but it isn't explained at all that when you hold down the main shot, it locks the pods, but doesn't fire, because pods have a separate shot button. It's not that bad, but it could've been handled a bit better imo.
