In my case I un installed the app, power cycled my device ( turned it off for 10 seconds or so ), and re installed the app. That worked for me. Good luck!

Friend tries to disconnect and reconnect the GPS but try to change it, I solve that error in a Spark that took a hit and the GPS connector to the main board had been released because some pins were bent, I straightened them connect the GPS again and it worked without problem.
