Tip for hair loss: Red light therapy. I would just go with either a mini panel that runs off battery close in, or a bigger panel. I just bought a new mini and gave the old one to my mom. Don't bother with specialty products for the scalp. The reason it works for most people is that unless we run around naked in the sun all day long, we're light deficient. Red light and near infrared gives light energy to the skin. So the hair follicles get more energy to wake up and produce hair again. I noticed after spillover from using a heat lamp. Lots of baby hairs. Now they're at an awkward length at the nape. I then used the mini panel on my face and my hair line got more dense. I then started using it along more of the scalp. The reason you're losing hair now is primarily because you wouldn't have lost much during pregnancy. And how much the light would help in your situation, I don't know. It's worth trying. I haven't had this much hair in many years, at least.
Vitamin D made a huge difference for me. I was at level 19 (too low) and my hair was falling out like crazy. After 1 month of taking it hair loss stopped.

One more hair tip to full head of hair... I watched the part where your brush , pulls a bunch out. First off.. toss that brush in the trash or give it to Richard for the dogs. A brush at your age, with thin hair, should have round ends, with a soft belly in the brush head. Also the brusissles should not be tightly together. You want to lift the hair, and gently pull the hair to air can get to it. The brush, your USEING could be used to get dog hair out of carpet. It's ripping the hair out. Toss it... go buy all new brushes.,
Same problem for me with the hair and I have no kids, for me it somehow comes with the age... I am taking hyaluron and collagen, also washing my hair with cold water, helps that the hair is not drying out. But I also still need the mega tip ☺️

You seem to look after your hair so its more of a case to give it a nice treatment 'from inside'. Recomend from pharmacy some sachets with collagen, zinc, vit A (retinol), vit E, vit C etc or pills with hialuronic acid (over 100mg a day, find without added dodgy ingridients.). Treatment results can be seen after few days, for hair to get more vital its usualy over 21 days. Schampoos with hialuronic acid are divine for hair and oils as a norinse revita & hydrating extra. And schampoos with field horsetail (dont know any other name for it) is amazing for falling out hair and very strengthening. OK, i'll stop talking now.
Hair growth tip: boil rosemary in water and once the water is cooled, use it on your scalp and let it sit for a few hours. I did it 3 times after I gave birth and a lot of new hair started growing. My baby is one year old and I am still breastfeeding :) You can find videos on youtube, good luck :)
