The Kliq catches a lot of crap, maybe rightfully so. But there is no denying the fact that when those guys have their heads on straight they are some of the best wrestling minds ever. Thats especially true for Hall.
I don't get why Titus hasn't been utilized more than he currently is. He's got the look WWE looks for, he's a WWE creation, no indie experience. He's a family man and is in other business ventures i.e. underwear modelling so has crossover appeal. He's damn charismatic and can already work a crowd better than performers with 10 times his experience. Big, strong, athletic, quick learner, getting better in-ring all the time, charismatic, great talker and funny. What's not to like?
At this point I'm afraid his gravestone will read, "Here lies Sean Waltman, shat in the bags of these people, pissed on so-and-so and so on". The use of his bodily functions is definitely starting to eclipse his wrestling.
Anyone could've been pushed to be where Cena is. It's just a matter of promotion, like how any musical act can become 'mainstream' with the label who knows how to promote them (look at Nirvana). Cena does deserve to be one of the top guys, because he happens to be one of the few guys who actually really enjoys getting out there and "granting wishes" and all that good shit that helps bring WWE all kinds of good press despite how filthy the rasslin biz actually is lol.
I like Waltman's shoots because he always talks from the gut. Near the end was a good example....instead of being unrealistic and political and sticking up for his buddies, he admits maybe he was/is naive to what the Kliq ultimately was. After all, he was "the kid"...where the other guys all went on to main event all over the place, even Triple H, their bag-carrier. lmao. Unlike those Tammy Sytch and London-Kendrick sequel kinda deals, Sean [admirably] stays hilariously unapologetically sincere.
I actually agree. I've always really seen something in Titus O' Neill, but WWE has had a real problem with booking actual future stars like pussies and/or jobbers for years and years and then trying to pass them off as main event level material out of the blue one day. Look at Miz. Ziggler. Swagger. Henry. List seems to go on and on in the modern era of guys who didn't stand out whatsoever for years and have no business having their name added to the history of WWE main event title holders.
Aside from the bandanna and "Pac" in his name, he isn't really anything at all like Tupac, when it comes to charisma and intelligence anyway. Nevertheless Xpac definitely seems like a really easy going guy who's easy and fun to talk to. I, guess that would be another Tupac similarity actually.
[cont.]... But Cena, like Luger, is only really getting that push because he's the boss' ideal clean-cut cookie-cutter kind of guy, where the fans, for the most part, who've reached the age of reason, have been singing a completely different tune for years and years now. I was a fan of Lex's whole WWF face run, young as I was. I enjoyed Lex's feud with Yoko as much as I enjoyed watching Bret's matches or Waltman's or anyone's, really. But Lex wasn't forcefed despite a sea of boos like Cena..lol
I could listen to Sean Waltman shoot the shit with Sean Oliver alllllll day. My favorite KC releases involve Sean Waltman , and this one looks like it's gonna be good. Can't wait to watch it :) BTW i hope Waltmans asshole is healing up nicely from when he tore it in a match a couple months ago :P
I'll admit that I've come full circle on Waltman. I used to dislike him and now I dig his interviews and his honesty.
"The 1st clue might've been THE BIG FUCKING BUS!" 🤣
this WWE Timelines are always awesome
Nice to see Sean doing well. He was so down and out for so long, looks like he's healthier and more alert. Don't want to see him go anywhere

Just thinking the same thing. So much better watching Scott and Waltman do these sober. I can honestly watch any shoot with Nash from front to back
@baw bag Scott Hall was notorious for putting younger talent over...
He put Waltman over as 123 kid. But even still what does that have to do with anything? Being smart doesn't mean having to job out to younger talent.
@sdc3536 meant to reply to the guy saying that they never put any people over.
i love these time line shoots, especially with a cool dude like x-pac the tupac of wrestling
1994-
Vince: Luger Luger Luger
Fans: Bret!
2011-present:
Vince: Cena Cena Cena
Fans: Punk!

Good point my friend, I just met Gangrel and saw him wrestle in Martinez CA in Devil Mountain Wrestling! He's in great shape still kickin ass!
1993-1994 was when I first started watching wrestling as a kid. So now I'm really interested in this.

They did have minds for the business.
You guys are gonna make me start buying these dvds, i can't stand it, I've gotta have so many

WWE Timeline 1990: "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase, 1991: Jake "The Snake" Roberts & 1992: Bret "HitMan" Hart!!
I wanna know where the undertaker was from January 1994 until August 1994.
FromSouthForkTexas The Undertaker was out injured. He was allowed time off to rest from real life injuries.
1998 should be either: Godfather, Road dogg, or Steve Blackman
Cornettes '97 timeline was the best, they should give him a trilogy, 97/98/99 !
didnt they said Corny was gonna do 1998?
Val Venis already did '99.
And did it very well, might I add.

@oldskool "Would all the members of the Kliq agree with that"?
As far as I can make out anyway.
I would really like to see History of WWE 94 be done again, but not with Waltman, I just don't find him interesting, and it was such a good year.
we don't want Punk. We want Titus O Neil!
I met him before nice guy, the steven tyler of wrestling kind of
Wait...why is the slop bucket being discussed? Henry Godwinn didn't debut until mid-95...
