I personally hate those buses I lived long enough in Ottawa to say that those buses are petty dirty and old when you compare them to the nova buses that are connected via an accordion witch are cleaner plus I ride the 165 bus line 5/7 and I can definitely tell the difference in between the two buses but don’t get me wrong the acordeon nova buses aren’t really better that the ones in Ottawa and they definitely have issues to fix
