I LOVE the way this dude uses surround sound live. Different parts of each song were coming at us from all different directions. It was like being transported into his world.
I'd wanted to say that Death Peak is your finest album and for me the epitome of your career. It nods to Japanese anime soundtrack classics like Geinoh Yoshirogumi, the creators of the Akira soundtrack and some of Studio Ghibli's finest Joe Hisaishi moments..all wrapped up in your flavour, making it your most consistent album to date. I think the trick is to simply jam. - When I eventually un-box my kit, I'm going to try and just play around, without the self-imposed goal of creating a new chart-topper!

I once saw this guy live on Dour Festival, I think `15 not sure though, he's a genius. The stuff he plays when performing is simply mesmerising and intriguing, so is this but i do agree he might be in some of kind "writer's block" on this particular album. Still a fan though, always a fan.
