    Two questions please, how you make sure not to count the same animal more than one time?and Can you tell us please what biologist found from the survey? are the numbers healthy or declining... etc

      With a big group of goats like that we had to make sure to recount them multiple times to make sure we were getting the same number. We also recorded the coordinates of their location, that way when the biologists read the data they could determine if a group of goats walked into a new area and was picked up by another survey group and weren't counted a second time. As for the results, the survey came out great! It was the highest count ever recorded for the Bridger Range. If the count is similarly high again this upcoming year the biologist is considering adding a new tag!
