Wow! It's really amazing how you are able to gather all those medals and insignia including all those facts about them. The book is really a treasure. I'm sure a lot of soldiers and even non-military will delight in having this book. Great work and kudos to the staff!

I enjoyed your presentation very much. I was happy to see the 14th Artillery crest as I wear one on my cap most every day.

Nice informative video!👍👍👍If I recall correctly, 2/14th F.A. was under the 72nd Field Artillery and was stationed at Warner Barracks in Bamberg Germany. I was across the post at 3/1 Field Artillery.

Served in the 196th in 70, wasn't awarded a good conduct medal, fireguard ribbon vietnam service, Arcom, air medal 2 bronze stars and a CIB. Derosed as an E5. I don't think the good conduct award was automatic. I could be wrong but I don't recall anyone in my unit getting one.

I have a question if a relative mine served his WWII postwar occupation in Guam I definitely don’t put the Japan bar on the ribbon/medal right. I know it may be a stupid question just wanted to be sure

Wasn’t the Americal Division behind the My Lai massacre? Then why would anyone want to celebrate this Division? It’s a fair question.

The My Lai massacre was done by the 1/20. A unit of a large Division. There were many other units that served bravely and honorably. I served with the 4/3 and they were an excellent battalion as were many others in the Americal. As my grandpa said ya don’t throw away the whole bushel because of one bad apple.
