Recipe name- Paneer Bread Pakoda
Preparing time- 20 minutes
Cooking time- 15 minutes

Coriander seeds-1 tbsp
Oil-3 tbsp
Ginger-1 inch
Green chili-2 medium
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Red Chili powder-1 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
Salt-to taste
Black salt- to taste
Dry mint powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Dry mango powder-1.5 tsp
Green corinader-3 tbsp
Besan Batter-
Gram flour-1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder- 2pinch
Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
Carom seeds-1 /2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Baking soda- 2 pinch
