Welcome to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine！
We are delighted to welcome visitors from all over the world to the Kunozan Toshogu Shrine. The shrine has a history of over 400 years, and enshrines Lord Tokugawa Ieyasu, who founded the Tokugawa Shogunate in 1603 that brought peace to Japan for 265 years. The beautifully decorated shrine buildings were designated as a National Treasure(Most important cultural property) of JAPAN in 2010.
