They should plan their trip next time around summer so they can have the best chance of having a nice weather. Once 'ber months kicks in, it rains pretty much everyday. It doesn't matter if the rain only lasts 15 minutes or so, it. will. rain. Well, at least that's what I've experience in the past few weeks here in our province, South of Luzon.

You can buy the morning glory veggies and cut the roots and just stick it in water and it will grow
when you come back to the Philippines,do come visit Iloilo too,it’s just an hour ferry ride from Bacolod..and 45 minutes to one hour flight from Manila❤😊
