Chupa chupa used to make an actual lollipop that big. I actually had one. My sister's company produced them in the US, and I saw some big ones at her office but she couldn't get me one then. Months later they had to order some from warehouse for a company or an event, and she was able to get me one. I never ate it, I loved it so much and thought it was the coolest thing (Willy Wonka type of awe) but I finally had to get rid of it. I was bummed. I THOUGHT they still made them. Maybe not?

Sometimes they also have Reeses Cups that are about the size of large bakery cookie. But these larger sized bars are basically only around during holidays, Christmas especially.

Different bodies process food differently. I'm a 6' tall white guy who weighs 290 lbs. I have a 1/2 Korean, 1/2 Japanese friend who is 5'6" who weighs about 140 lbs. He easily out-eats me by a factor of 5 or 6. The amount he eats is astonishing. If I ate half as much as he did, I would be sick. It's crazy.

There's two different sizes. The giant Ferrero Rocher has regular ones inside a 'capsule' like plastic shell and the grand has a hollow easter egg with hazelnut bits with two regular sized FR balls inside.
