Karla, Thank you for what you do and the way you do it. You're book, L.o.E., has been transformative. It has taken me a year+ just to read through it (it is so rich and the ideas so revolutionary). Currently, it serves as a workbook (as I learn the 5 exercises) and as a guide (as I find myself on unplanned excursions into untouched grief, ingenious stagnation, et al). The videos are helpful and you manage to make them enjoyable also. Bravo!
