The Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 is like a super-fast version of the regular Camaro that's allowed on the streets. It was first thought up back in 1966 to race in a series called Trans Am by a group called the Sports Car Club of America. Over the years, the Z/28 label went from being a "Special Performance Package" to a really famous track car.
Now, it seems like Chevrolet hasn't been paying much attention to the Z/28 Camaro and has been focusing more on the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. But some die-hard fans really want Chevy to make a new Z/28 Camaro for the sixth generation. They say it's a must!
The regular Camaro with a gasoline engine is going away in 2024, and it looks like Chevy might give us the 2025 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 as a big farewell present.

no need when there’s the corvette in the same way it doesn’t make sense for ford to make a mid engine mustang with the gt but i’d love to see then stuff the engine farther down and in the back to have a front mid engine balance

The Ford company is doing all it can to over like over do the stiff competition for the mustang, well, the only mustang I ever gave a dam about was 69/70 mach 1,with that 351or/ 400 what ever it had, all I have is my memory from admiring them from a distance, I wasn't fortunate to have the money like the lucky guys did, but I did see them and I knew what they were capable of, but the rest of the mustang's up to now I'm not sorry, but I have lost in the mustang point blank, and GM'S planning on stopping production of the Camaro, this is like the death of a family member,it's nothing short of cruel and rude and a knife in the back, the Camaro's body style just looks better point blank, so until I have lottery money, I'll be a waiting participating admirer on the side, the loss of the Camaro is just simply not right, 😎👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💸
