This couple made me smile. He's definitely got a bit of a kid at heart streak, but the way they seem to love each other was great. They appear to light each other up, and I like that a lot. In the end, that's what matters- their marriage- not the wedding.

@F F My comments were about his self-centered and lack of financial responsibility. Weddings are an important part of every culture. Hopefully there's a degree of maturity in both bride and groom that I really don't see in Mohsin.
he needs to understand that sometimes tradition is sentimental and respectful rather than boring. I felt so sorry for her not getting a traditional dress

I don't understand people at times. I've worked in the catering hall business for a long time and have seen some awesome weddings/receptions. I want to know who are they planning the receptions for them or their guest. Your guest are there to witness and celebrate your union, so when the couple or one of them say " I want everyone to be blown away" why do these things have to be over the top.

This gave me real arranged marriage vibes. I know alot of people have commented how they seeme "in love", but I didn't get that vibe at all. It all seemed very transactional, including thier interactions with each other.
I don’t know if I can continue watching these pathetic grooms !
The bride picked out a beautiful cake and they said it was $586, but I believe the paper in front said it served 124 people. They would have at the least, added kitchen sheet cakes to give everyone a slice of cake. That's actually a nice thing, as it can be cut as dinner is being finished and ready to start handing out as soon as they cut the cake and then the rest can be taken in back and cut for the rest of the guests. But that definitely would have upped the price quite a bit as this was a little over $5 a slice and she needed 276 more slices! They may have given a discount per slice if it were just a sheet cake with the basic decoration. So I have to wonder what actually happened there. Maybe the baker did the extra for free to get the publicity?? But that would have disappointed other people trying to get the same deal!
Not every guest likes cake. Only about 35% of guests actually eat a slice.
if there's another dessert or it is served after dessert then not everyone will eat it. Sheet cakes are also way cheaper. I went to a wedding and they had he cake as dessert with ice cream. But then for the GF people they had GF brownies- likely store bought the day before- which would have been way cheaper.
All the grooms BS over "big, over the top, " and the ceremony building looks like a prison gym. WTF??

The overbudget = the brides dress and jewelry, so the groom did care she looked great and he didn’t try to underspend on her. One thing that wedding planner touched the father as he went into the masque and he looked like he was going to murder her.
Father was mad at groom bc he chose to wear sneakers.
and she just sat in a small room during the ceremony... what's the point to spend money on clothes, make-up and hair... she just could stay comfy at home with a glass of wine

bruh, the response to them when they walked into the recption room 😐also not to shit on their religion but whats with the no bride at the ceremony bit?? should have just let her wear red for that then, pink is such a childish color. The cake was definately luckluster, should have looked for a detailed tiered pillows cake.
