We asian called it Chicken biriani.. We add also garlic ginger pest red chilli powder garam masala rose water.we add yougurt with chicken. Also you can eat with salad . Process same..also we add mint coriander Leaf top of rice..we also add potato bt we cube it and fry potato then cover with rice..we also add safron With milk and some nuts as well. Its so delicious..love from Bangladesh..bt i am watching from portugal
