NO INTROS Swan Lake Inspired Center | Intermediate Advanced Ballet Class | Kathryn Morgan

This no talking version of the center portion of my Swan Lake Inspired Ballet Class! This for intermediate advanced level dancers, but this is more on the advanced side. So build up to it! We repeat combinations a lot, so this is also great for stamina. Keep using your back muscles as you do the swan port de bras. But most importantly, have fun!

I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.

Lovely, simply lovely!! Doing that Swan lake port de bras with those steps is amazing, just trying to get my students to that while standing in 5th would be a challenge.. basic correct port da bras done softly and nicely is hard enough, adding style like that takes years of hard work and coaching to perfect… bravo!

Dear Kathryn, may I ask where you get all the music that you use in your TH-cam ballet classes? I have so many requests to post ballet classes, but I always struggle with finding free music. Every time I think I've found a good source, I get some kind of copyright claim, and then I can't monetize my own class. Help a sista out! Thanks so much.
