The original keep on the borderlands was my first intro to roleplaying c.1982

I have The Lost City and The Isle of Dread, picking this one up next. One of my players picked up Expedition to the Barrier Peaks for our group to play. These books are fantastic!!

I remember B2. I played it in 1980, in Catholic skull, every lunch.

Very cool, I don’t D&D anymore but a nice stroll through memory lane. I would be interested in The Temple of Elemental Evil which I never had but the town of Hamlet module I used a lot.

Ive got all of these , I think they are great. Eagerly awaiting the TTE version. The Caves of Chaos wasnt my first game but was the death of my first PC. The party stumbled into the Orc caves, was quickly over whelmed, my PC covered the retreat was grappled and executed. The rest of the party fled and never returned. circa 1980. I plan on running this The Lost City & Isle of Dread. The Barrier Peaks & Castle Amber are fun reads but I will probably not use them as written.

Extremely Awesome & Wonderful Video by you Sir. You are very articulate & well spoken. Again, excellent work by you Sir....👽👽👻😉 I ordered this book tonight partly because of your video. I have The Lost City & The Temple of Extremely Evil...👻🤨

Great vid! I’m really enjoying these “resurrected” module volumes. The ToEE volume should be epic.

These are very cool. I may have to take a look at these just for the old-times-sake....okay you entirely suck: I just got all five of them. ;)

Recently You commented that MMP always has the game ready to go before it puts it up on its P500. I think you may have overlooked the P500 history of LAST STAND MOSCOW. It was on their P500 list for about 9-10 years and 3 or 4
years after it had passed its preorder mark. The dodging and weaving they did on this game is perhaps only exceeded by the dodging and weaving CONSIM and GMT have done on RUSSIAN CAMPAIGN 5TH ED.

The International series games seem to be an exception to many otherwise reliable rules about MMP.

One question since it has all the stats on the back for 5E , if I was to run basic or even AD&D would you sugest using the newer side of things with the extra content for areas or just stick with the originals? Thanks asking since if its not worth it can get the originals on DrivethruRPG :-)

My sense is that translating the 5E material on the fly is doable, but possibly a hassle. But on the other hand if one used any variation of D&D up to AD&D2, I think it would require pretty low effort.

@@ardwulfslair grand thank you very much. It's just for the extra places and content really 😊

a 5e conversion? no thank you. would be like ordering a pan of lasagna only to realize they removed all the fillings and just served you wet noodles
