How to fix a Nespresso machine

How to fix a Nespresso machine:
Refer to owners manual and contact Nespresso.
First descale machine. See the descaling machine manual.
Nespresso recommends descaling the machine every 3 months or every 300 capsules whichever comes first.
Troubleshooting steps:
1) unplug machine and insert a new pod
2) Wash the water tank and the piece of the machine under water tank. Pour fresh drinking water in the tank.
3) Open the machine and CAREFULLY turn the piece that punctures the capsule.
4) If these steps do not help, contact Nespresso.
