How do u mount the pelican on top?
By ratchet straps through the handle on one side and the wheels on the other. This way only the bottom part of the case is secured, leaving the top lid free for opening without having to undo the straps.
what are the things hanging on the side ?
Off the rear windows? I got a water container (black) on one side, and a fuel container (red) on the other.
