डबल सीट पर जाने के बाद गाडी के सस्पेन्शन मेकर कर कर कर आवाज आती है
सर्विस सेंटर मे भी दिखाया बेरिंग रिप्लेस किया चेक किया फिर भी आवाज कम नही हुई
बाईक 20000 km चल चुकी है

I have fitted Alpha S1 in my fz25 a week back, I am feeling a rolling noise while riding. But when I put the bike on double stand and start rolling the rear wheel, no noise is coming. The rolling noise is coming only while riding. I took it to service centers but they can't detect anything. 🤔

this bike have a problem with chain guard rubber....I have 2018 model and changed it twice within my 32000km ride.... before FZ25 I had a pulsar180, never changed this parts within 65000km ride...
The problem is not with the rubber it is with the design.

भाई जी मेरी बाइक की चैन बाइक चलाते टाइम टायर से टकराती है । चैन भी टाइट करवा के देख ली चैन गार्ड नया डाल दिया , फिर मैने सोचा कि हो सकता है कि स्विंग आर्म के बुश खराब हो गए हैं शायद उस वजह से दिक्कत आ रही हो वो भी नए डाल दिये पर कोई फायदा नहीं । क्या आप कुछ बता सकते हो । टायर भी 140 /70 17 का ही है ।
जब गाड़ी 8000km चली थी तो मेरा एक्सीडेंट हुआ था तो बाइक का फ्रेम हल्का सा बेंड है जिसे मैं अभी बदलवा दूंगा । लेकिन एक्सीडेंट का बाद बाइक बढ़िया चली । 28000 पर बाइक का चैन सेट बदलवाया और टायर भी पर कोई दिक्कत नहीं आई । फिर अचानक 33000 km पर चैन टायर के साथ टकराने लगी ।
कुछ बता सकते हो इस बारे में ।
Tyre se nahi takra sakti aur ye toh dekh kar hi pata chalega aisa kya hora hai. Kyuki ye common case toh hai nahi. Delhi me ho toh mere paas le aao.

No effect in mileage or braking
bro do you have any problem in your rear disc caliper knot. The knot that locks up the disc pad. I am not able to open it.
Bolt? I don't have problem. Pull that out. It gets jam due to rust. Pray wd40 very carefully shouldn't get into pads

Hi jab bhi ye damage ho jaye. Piche se vibration aye. Play dikhe. Mostly 24K tak chain sprocket kharab ho jata hai toh jab chain set change hota hai uski wakth ye bhi change kar diya jata hai. Dono kaam ek sath ho jaate hai.
