Good video, shame you have some extremist outdated views such as a woman shouldn’t work and should just take care of the house. What if a woman has worked hard for her career and then is forced to give it up? In addition with the current state of the economy in many households it is not viable for the wife to not be able to work and if she didn’t then her family would struggle! Shame you didn’t take into consideration these things, it’s easy to make a video based off of a perfect life but in reality these things don’t always work. You also stated it is the man’s duty to bring the money in which again is becoming increasingly hard in todays society for one person to look after a family of say 5. Perhaps consider these things when giving people advice on how to live their lives… overall it was a good video with very good solid points however it is a shame that with how lazy singhs and singhniya are anyway they are being told that the singhniya shouldn’t work and further pressure is to be placed onto the singh. Gursikhs should strive to be the best in everything they do and a wife should support her husband as much as possible, even financially.

Are you saying that our Gurus were outdated and extremist? The problem with guys like you is that you are trying to assimilate the modern social beliefs into Sikhism. Women working out of necessity is fine as mentioned by singh's in this video but it's not an ideal situation for a number of reasons. The most important reason is that when both parents are working the kids usually pay the price. They are taken care by babysitters in which case they don't receive even the basic sikh values. Our goal is not to pursue careers it is to meet vaheguru. These singh's actually mentioned that if a woman is also working outside the man should help at home with daily chores as much as possible. You may have misunderstood the video or you probably subscribe to the 'woke culture' in which case you are trying to mold the sikh values to fit your false understanding of Sikhism. Shame on you for being an ignorant fool.
