For a split second on “Twilight’s kingdom part two” at about 21:15, a purple background unicorn blinks and the area where his eyes were when fully open is a white/grayish color.
Also, in “It ain’t easy being breezies” the light purple pegasus(that’s making the breeze) is shown with two different cutie marks at around 5:30 and a little after that (one is dragonflies and the other is a sun with a cloud covering it)

The green lines and the arrow could be for the sketch animation, i do that too when animating, theres usually arrows and green lines. (The green line could be for the sketch) Dk what the arrow is for.

My bet is the Daring Do title being different mightve been the writers poking fun at the fact that the first HP movie was titled the same as the origonal book (The Phisosopher's Stone), but it was changed to the Sorcerer's Stone for the Americain release to the point where the cast had to act some scenes twice near identically aside from that one piece of phrasing and any relevant props
I know another in the episode where cuitemark crusaders get their cutiemarks. In the song "vote" Diamond Tiara punched some board with Pipsqueak's image, it turned into her image And after some time was Pupsqueak on it again.
6:24 in that same episode a few seconds later ,Silver's purple thingy on eyes isnt really visible
