That’s because most of them are real
I think it's a combination of funny scripted ideas with actual bloopers. There are some that were definitely natural. Like the "everypony" one and Luna's classic "furpessional" moment. You can hear, I think it's Tara that said "that was really good..." and you can hear the cast laughing in the background. The "glue glow" Pinkie one I think was also real and Andrea was goofing around and improvising. You can hear Rebecca (Sunset) is genuinely cracking up.

I’m assuming that these were all just the voice actors making random noises or saying random things on accident and they just got animated for the sake of having funny bloopers.
