J irish - the fish will hold closer to the bank of there is enough sediment in the flows. Fish really don’t like that. They definitely seem to be soft biters when they are in that close. Glad to hear you got one! Well done 🎣

It’s usually pretty empty down there and I got a few fish in Aug before all the people started showing up but the past few trips it’s been three cars at every pullout and people lining the bank by glen otto. I hear the fishing has been ok upriver it’s just too far for me when there’s all the fresh fish in the lower stretches that have been biting well. Congrats on that hatchery fish I have only gotten natives the past few trips tight lines man.

Those are the videos that don’t get posted. These are the obvious spots everyone fished anyhow. I don’t mind sneaking in with the crowd to grab a fish every now and then
