1:45 That's what I like about Lt. Hawkeye's "no-nonsense" attitude. She'll drag a narcissistic, muscle-bound buffoon who outranks her back down to Earth and not give a damn.
So this story happens right as the library is burned down. Canonically it would fit perfectly after the Dr. Marco visit, and since Ed comments they've been through this before, it's after they meet Hughes for the first time.
@@darlenebuck3189 no, they don't. One of them would have to leave the military. Unless some new material came out after 2021, that hasn't been the case so far.

Yeah, he always bottles up his emotions. Which is not good. I feel like in this society it’s seen as weak to show emotion and with especially men. It’s actually very healthy to let out your emotions.
This movies cutscenes are far better than the plot of the average anime. Every arc of The fullmetal alchemist series is Titanic level writing, with Ed being Jack/Young Leonardo DiCaprio of course.
@@serioushamster I agree, the 2000 one had so much emotional investment and planned the funny scenes appropriately that was far from the emotional ones. And I think the most saddest one, had to be when he studied at Dr. Marcos house. Not because of what obviously happened, but the fact that in the 2000 anime, we can start to see Edward and Alphonse warming up being in a home, having a cooked meal together, being part of another family to where we feel Ed and Al are slowly being integrated into one. and really enjoying where they are at. And the illusion is heartbreaking when the smokescreen fades. The brotherhood one kind of shortened that. I think it was what only a few days they were over there, while the 2000 one was a few months, so yeah I really love the 2000 one for sure.
"A beautiful physique begets, beautiful skills, and beautiful skills begets beautiful power! Behold! The artistic alchemy that is the Armstrong tradition!" The quote that has lived in my head rent-free since 2005
wow, this was all before they reached the library. Man Ed and Alphonse went through a lot of grief and loss at an early start of their journey. Hell, up at this point, I would be mentally drained for all I went through and lost.
Mara Balzert you mean in the original show? Maybe, but he did sort of have a crush on her a bit, Winry’s feelings for Ed grew more but Ed was more hesitant in the original. Perhaps it was because he was afraid, afraid that she might get hurt.
@Yandere- Chan I think Ed tossed out the flower as a way of letting go of Armony's memory. While the game is never brought up in the main storyline (03 or manga), it is canon, so I assume that like with Nina, Ed's failure to save Armony continues to eat at him in the back of his mind. He doesn't need (or want) a reminder of what happened in New Hessigart, which is why seeing that girl with the flowers in Central causes him to react the way he did. That's my interpertation anyway. Make what you will with it.
Oh hey this is FMA03... And that's a cute girl... On a non-canon media... Having a good time with Ed and Al... Smiling happily... FMA03... Oh f*ck she's dead...
Riza: It's ok to cry.
Roy: Do not be ridiculous, lets go. I love those two.

Riza yelling at Armstrong is an entire mood.
13:28 Holy fuck, she survived. No wonder Ed brightened up so much.
Edward called Armony his PrincessXD awwwwe
+McCrillis Nsiah ahh, okayXD that makes more sense
jade mccarthy looks like I am not the only one who mistook "apprentice" for "Princess" 😄
Apprentice and princess sound similar I suppose lol
This would be Ed's first and last apprentice.
1:55 That seems very out of character
Kinda does, but I found it cute to see her act like that for once.
Late I know, but perspective shows this game was made as the manga was still being written.
It's not a perfect game, but it sure was fun. The ending was great- I always really loved it.
hey Roy, crying is a thing that makes us human.

Winry and Rose watching Edward fall in love with Armanie like
👁👄👁 ➖👄➖ 👁👄👁
Until they find out what happened to the library!
I miss this game so much I put so much time into it loved every minute of it
I beat it in a day
They really need to make a FMAB game on the switch with English voices
That mustang, a hard ass as always but thats why he's cool ^^
This story makes me sad lol. Armony might've had a cool friendship with Winry
Si tienes mucha razón

What anime 2000’s one or brotherhood?
@@kagomefan112 2000. Brotherhood would always add some sort of joke after some emotional scene.

I see they skipped the Armany memory scene on the train where she calls Ed her small but mighty master
WHAT???
@@battakkuki in her memory scene she calls him her small but might master, not in a perverse way but bc he was teaching her alchemy
When I heard Armstrongs voice I was like oh god no
Awesome. I think these were just for the game, but they should have been actual episodes on the series. Still, really good.
Gameplay Spoiler: DO NOT WASTE YOUR HEALTH ELIXIRS ON THE FINAL FIGHT.

i know ed just call armony princess

Hey guys do the cutscenes in this game add anything to Fullmetal Alchemist 2003?
I don't remember this episode, was this a cut episode or something?
What song is that at 5:18 ????
Question, I know it helps with the end, but why does Ed simply throw out the girls (sorry, forgot her name) flower?

Camila Arguello Chubasko Hiromu didn’t write this game, Ed x Winry is canon
Bones I think was in charge of this, which it seems they thought otherwise of shipping Ed×Win even when it was canon lol. :P
