  • This soothing water sound is good for sleeping, relaxing, focusing, studying, and meditation.
    Listening to the sounds of water benefits the body and soul in many ways. It can be used as a remedy for pain, stress, anxiety, and insomnia. Many people use the sounds of running or dripping water to relax, meditate, to do yoga, or other soothing activity. It also helps people to study or to focus on something.
    Use this kind of natural sound to fully relax your body and soul. Find yourself a comfortable position, close your eyes, and just listen to the sound of the water fountain. Stay in this position and keep listening for at least 15 minutes. You will fall into a very soothing state of mind. If you fall asleep it's okay too. Sleep is a form of relaxation and helps our body and mind to recover as well.
