The sweetest music is birds singing. So calming and relaxing. The best memory I have is waking up in my bedroom at my parents house with my windows open in warm weather. There was a huge apple tree growing right next to the house and a bird was in the tree singing its little heart out. I laid there for several minutes just listening to it. Wish I could go back to that morning. Lol!! Beautiful forest scene too. Thank u from Tennessee.

when school was out my brother and i would take our gameboys out to open areas in the forest and sit in the sun and play. those days are over but the memories are forever.

My son and I always loved walking together through the forrest. We talked about everything, shared happy and sad things together. Enjoyed the birds singing and our dogs that always guided us. Now those days are over. Bittersweet memories ❣

Me and my brother would always take our gameboys out to open areas like this and sit and play while enjoying the forest ambience. The sun illuminated the polarized lens very well.

i am very glad that the vid has had such a positive effect on you. that said S.A.D. is caused by reduced exposure to natural sunlight.
while this video is absolutely relaxing and calming however the best thing anyone experiencing the condition can do is to simply put, spend time outside or even try changing the color spectrum of your home's lights? this video nonetheless could make an excellent part of such a routine. e.g. start your morning out listening to this and then go out and walk, hike, fish, ski, bike, etc. or do it in reverse order.
all that matters in the end is how it makes you feel. what i have stated here all came as a result of my own learned experiences. thankfully not an issue now whatsoever since changing my routine several years back.
best of luck to you! find a way, someway and get outdoors even if it is just a local park.

I like vids like this for what they dont portray. Eg smell, temp etc you fill these in from ur experiences and makes it your own. I found my breathing easier with this on. Im going to appreciate this summer more than recent years. I have a small sound recorder will record nightingale and cuckoo.

Mundher Al.Askari. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a button to press on our screens, which brought forth the scent of whatever lovely thing we are watching! This one of course, and bluebells! Such a heavenly scent. All these other flowers to smell separately.....roses, lilies, , the sharp scent of daffodils and narcissi indicating spring is almost here. Lily of the valley, roses, lilies.....An autumn bonfire of crackly brown crisp leaves, then the almost non-smell of fresh snow.
These are mine main ones in order: new mown grass, newly baked bread, coffee being ground, then all the above flowers. Then roast beef or pork or chicken/turkey while cooking, bacon frying, and when you’re really hungry, onions frying. And fish and chips.
