For those who has never try real deep sea fishing, do not criticize on electric reel! Try pull a fish together with a 2 kg sink from 200-300 meters deep and you will know electric reel is a MUST! Nice video!

How do you like the beastmaster? I am thinking of getting one for high speed trolling. I personally dont care to kill my back doing it by hand. My enjoyment comes from being out on the boat. Hunting for fish and watching others reel in the fish. And of course eating the fish. Thats still fishing to me!

Well if you try your self to pull out 0.5-0.8kg lures from 200+ metres depth you will understand how good is to have such reel. How ever I would use manual mode to pull out such fish. So I can enjoy it and also have better control of whole process. So summarizing all I said : Electric reel is really handy when you want to check your lures and not cool to use when you have fish on the hook already.
