Kamol is Thai and the investors were Korean, so they spoke international accepted language English.

As far as I have understood it, in the novel Baiboon is 15, but in the series they purposly made him a senior in high school - and in Thailand that means he's 18 years old, which is the age of consent as well. So technically and legally everything is good. In the novel Khom, who is in his 30's, is a aware of the problem with the age difference + Baiboon being underage, so he doesn't act on his attraction, but he does become a little stalkery.
But how this will play out in the series, I won't tell - you'll have to wait and see. 😅

Yeah he's supposed to be a freshman in college but I think he was from a smaller town or village so he comes off even more young in the novel and the show obviously plays him up to seem even younger in appearance and behaviour. The novel kind of dealt with it a bit better cause Khom even though attracted to Baiboon he kept his distance and helped when needed but waited till he was older or finish college before making any moves but this shows just plays it up too much and personally I think they could have taken some artistic liberties with the character and made him older and maybe naive.

Luckily in this show, they don't really do anything. Its obvious they both have feelings, especially Baiboon. Mostly, its just Khom taking care of Baiboon and Baiboon making eyes at Khom. But Khom never does anything with him. It was the only way I could make it through the series. Also, the actor is very much an adult.

I think Baibon came to the city to go to college ( he is probably a freshman) but still I think he is too young for him , hopefully he realizes that he can only be his friend. I wish Baibon was older.

I loved this episode because of the rescue. It was a nice action scene. I love Khom because I love them thick and I must say during the end of the rescue Khom told Kamol everything is clear while walking to him there was a nice print of his package! Lol…I love your reactions to this series because you talked to the screen like me and I’m laughing into tears. Can’t wait til your next episode.

Seriously the main bodyguard is so handsome!!!!!
I've noticed one thing in the show that all these dialogues that Kamol uses like 'do you know how worried I was...' etc there's not emotions in it. I mean his face doesn't match the worry someone would have for someone. That tell he has a lot to learn (not trying to hate ) and he's not a very good actor.

with Baiboon, I think the show is clearly letting us know that he is still young "possibly not yet legal but very close" where Korn has to be careful, there is an attraction on both parts and thus for Korn stays professional and responsible. or he is possibly of legal age but still very naive.

According to the book, Baiboon was a senior in high school I’m not sure if they changed it in the series but never clarified it.

I could be entirely off base here, but I think in the early scene, English is being used as a lingua franca. The characters don’t speak each other’s primary languages, but they both speak English to some extent. Same scenario as in Kinnporsche when they’re interacting with the Italians (and honestly pretty realistic). On an entirely different note, the soundtrack continues to be mismatched to the level of action in the scenes 99% of the time and it is HILARIOUS.

I pray that the next time i see her she isn't playing this kind of character, because she's played this character twice I'm hoping that she's not a stuck playing this. She is too pretty to be only chasing after gay men. Gay men who are openly gay. Like they never implied that ur o. The same team. I just want to she her act more cause I know she can do better.

1 spitballing is usually the go to in writing 😂 some idea's just come from genius minds, while others from average joes. and if u have seen more then one Thai BL u Know(!) the plot is the last thing that has to be logical or commonsensical... what matters is how hot actors r, that they show skin n have intimate scenes - heck consent isn't always needed 🤦‍♀ so that's regarding ur spitballing remark 😏
2 about Kim - sorry can't fault the bodyguard's where the petulant over-grown baby is involved. he does what he wants regardless of what he is told, let alone what common sense would advise, why - cause... and as he's the bosses spoilt brat he can't be strong armed - treating him with kid-gloves is the only option. n the result we see time n time again from the start of this BL, logical consequence's of his petulant behavior 🤷‍♀just saying...😂✌

Love that this show’s plot is such a mess, that you could watch episodes in reverse. I swear I saw this happen before (History series, maybe) and you were like, Nopes, that is not the right episode. But with this… Lol
Re the English speakers, sometimes shows just legit grab people off the streets for these roles. Another thing is the all foreigners are foreign concept, so you will end up with a Greek guy playing a native English speaker. I have an American actor friend here in Japan, and it does not seem that there all that many foreign-looking people available to take 6 minute roles.
Language note… I do not speak much Thai yet, but from my experience in other Asian languages, the way we talk about which year of school you are in, does not change in from elementary school to university.
Apart from the bodyguards being bad bodyguards, Kim has got to be the worst bodyguardee in BL history. Even when he is not actively trying to escape, he just wanders off, like a lost sheep.
Lawd help me, I think I actually enjoyed this episode in a non-ironic way.
