When his eyes were still like Ragnars eyes on Season 1 and Season 4 when he was still ambitious fighting for his people and when he returned to kattegat to go to England and die for them.. But they turned slightly gray when he was sick and doubting the gods.. Same with Ivar in these season fighting to avenge his father with his brothers, after that his eyes turned gray coz he was no longer fighting for others but fighting for himself, treating his brothers like trash, humiliating them and for forcing the people of kattegat to recognize him as a god.
