Ok greate. i was unsure about the A or B when i ordered it, now i whish i had gotten the A as well for a comparison. Thank you for your comment. I'll pin it so everyone can see this information. On temu it was not really clear to me what has what.
I felt like it would stabilize after a time but did not notice it during my review. I will make a point to note this in the solder testing between the Fnirsi HS-02 A&B and miniware TS101 coming up soon. Thank you for the information.
Yes the two are the same size but the tips are different. The B is best for micro soldering in tight places and the A is better for large jobs. You can get tips for the A that will solder small stuff with a small diameter tip but the shank of the tip will be bigger. So the A is my choice for all around soldering but will be tight when soldering cluttered boards where there is little space between components. Thank you for your comment
Power off the device, press and hold the OK button, then connect the USB Type-c data cable to the computer to power on the device, and enter the Bootloader interface for firmware upgrade. After entering the Bootloader, the computer recognizes the USB drive and copies the firmware file directly to the USB drive. After one minute of inactivity in the Bootloader interface, the existing firmware will automatically run. you can go to www.fnirsi.com and click on the download then firmware and select the soldering iron and you will see your iron listed there and you can download the new firmware there from there. If you would like it could make a video this weekend on updating the firmware?
The A uses C245 cartridge which is way bigger than C210 that the B uses

the temperature is bouncing at the beginning because is needed to heat the iron at max temperature to stabilize it and after low the temperature back

I like this iron. I wonder how long tips will last
Oh man, I thought it was just different colors.... guess who's returning a B model! I haven't even got it yet

@@TTMEable Yes pls. Make a video about updating this iron. Thanks
ok i'll get something up this weekend.
I just completed the video and am uploading now. it should post in 1 to 2 hours 1p- 2p central time. Hope this helps you out. Have a great weekend.
I like the ts100 tips better. Im only worried about how small the c210 tips are. The c245 are more comparable to the ts100
That will depend on what you are working on..use the right size cartridge
