Been in the Arts for some 36 years, your break down of the Pak Sau and Lop Sau was the best and easiest to understand I have found. Fine video. Thank you.

Thank you for representing Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do! A lot of people don't realize how often JKD concepts are used in MMA and combat sports competition...

Sakan Lam Thank you for another great comment!! I am trying to get as a wide a mix of martial arts styles and systems on here as I can manage!! It is good to know it is appreciated! Stephen is a great instructor, it was a pleasure to visit him! I think there is a lot of cross over between many systems that sometimes people do not realise!

False. MMA is grappling+striking techniques, strategies and tactics they had all the time in the history of their sports. Your bruce lee just stolen it and you are bunch of fools think he is a creator of it.

Chain punches to your full mount arsenal is genius. All I did before was elbows, hammer fist, and regular punches.

Your pak sao should not have the prep hand raise, and it's direction should be not down, but towards the opponent. So directly pak sao into the opponent with the bottom part of your hand, trapping them with their forearm/hand, making way for the right punch too.
You're also not trapping on the lead leg, and you lead knee is straight, ready for a knee break.
    Nice video!

Your absolutely correct. You seriously know your stuff. Didnt catch the leg bit. Noticed not oak sau directly to the centerline but not the knee thing. Good catch.

Heard from various people that Lee used traps against karate blocks like Mr. Gaulton says. I don't know which is more amazing: Karate people using blocks in sparing( something I can't pull off even in point fighting) or Lee used trapings to counter them... Martial artists back in 60's were all business it seems.

great video and teacher !! even hold online courses? I want to practice, but there are no longer the jkd courses in my area, I practice Krav Maga but I know well enough the basics of wing chun because the Chinese arts are my passion !! you can improve only with the wooden dummy?

What a great video to show trapping and how it can be used in mount! Such great instructors as well! I've been a JKD practitioner for almost 11 years now. If I could get permission from you, I have a blog called Brawl Theory where I am explaining some techniques that are used or I believe should be used in pro MMA fights and self defense, if I write a post on trapping would you mind if I make a link to this video? I would understand if you wouldn't but I believe you all show trapping in a wonderful way! hope to hear back from you!
