Homemade Leslie Speaker project made with a water bottle. Shown here still in the development phase, working and near final. Yes, he can make one for you too as well as do repairs and customizations.
Wow. That's awesome. I'm trying to make one too. I found some long narrow oil funnels from Walmart which I think will work beautifully on the treble. You are a real inspiration. Thank you.
It is a very nice project . But I have an advice to you . Pleace turn the camera ( phone ) on the side. You actually have a nice widescreen picture if you flip it on the side. Most people when watch they will flip the phone on the side ( if using a phone ) But for those using a computer to watch it just end up being a pain with this long tall picture . All you need to do is to flip the phone on the side when filming your video . Most people when see such tall video on their computer will just skip the video . I am included , normally I just skip the video , well I didn't with this one because it is such an interesting video . Good luck with your project ( I hope your next video will be on the side ) : )
BRILLIANT!! :-) Sounds great. I found an old Hammond solid state from 1970 and now have the Leslie unit from it to play with. If I get it done it may be used as a guitar effect in my case. :-)
It's still an evolving prototype. Unable to put a price on a design that's still incomplete. You can make an offer and I can ask if he'll build you one.
@@имяфамилия-ы3ы2ю Мой друг сделал это. Я не могу ответить на этот вопрос. У Лесли также был вращающийся динамик. А вот вращающийся барабан - это классический стандарт.

Very cool, thank you. Sounds great and much more simple than trying to copy an old original. Fantastic!
Fuck man, that's fantastic!!! Ain't nothing cooler than home made instruments.
Very cool! Like the water bottle. Great idea.
Nicely done. Sounds great when you spin it up.
Thanks ! I would have never thought of this. I was gonna try Styrofoam or something. You have creative talents.
You guys are nuts. Great work.

Is it just the drum that spins, or the drum and the speaker? 5 years later, how did this speaker perform? Was it worth the effort?
Drum only. Speaker is permanently in place. It was my friend's hobby project. Haven't followed up.
It Reminds Me Of A Leslie 120 Or 125!
That sounds surpringly good. (compliment) What sized speaker? 10"/12"?
Sorry. It's my friend's project. Just did a video to show the world. Didn't ask. Too many questions. 12"
Awesome
how much for one of these?

How cost ?
Not for sale. Only one made. Probably cost about $250 or $300 in parts.
Make a tutorial please
Sorry. It's my friend's project. Just did a video to show the world. It's a 1 shot deal without follow up.
slow: 0,6 Hz, i. e. 36 rpm
fast: 6 Hz, i. e. 360 rpm
(420 rpm is too fast)
just use a Bluetooth speaker
