Nice video, very well articulated! As you’re in Austin you’re not too far from some nice state parks, like Colorado Bend and Lost Maples. Happy Travels!
I never cover windows when spending the night in the camp. They are so well tinted that it’s really tough to see inside even if there’s some light on. Full ceiling lights - yeah, you’re exposed. But spot overhead lights keep you private. Your experience with Starlink is why I won’t get it for now. Most of the places we stay at are state forests and we love to be under the canopy if possible. This is an Achilles heel of Starlink for now.
Would you share the type of hose/filter you’re using that filters for viruses etc? Guessing it doesn’t come with STO and didn’t see house in your gear list. Thanks!
Sure thing. The hose to the RV and filter are just camco, filters potable water but not viruses or even really bacteria to my knowledge. The virus filter I’ll also link below. Hose - amzn.to/3SiBQjb RV Filter - amzn.to/3xXyI4i Portable bacteria and virus jerrycan - amzn.to/3DX8piy
@@KylePugliese thank you so much! I am also jealous of your well seasoned wok! I am deciding between wrought iron skillet and a non stick wok that works well on induction. Picking up my Beast end of October. Just preparing for adventure.☺️
If there are any trees around at all. You will not get any decent service. Even 50% of the surrounding sky being blocked by trees will kill the service.
@@KylePugliese I got mine for remote working for places like Canyonlands. Figured I can take my van out there and camp in the middle of no where for a few days and no see any humans haha
Glad you're back KP!!!
Back in action!
Good Kyle, I do like the free form dialog.!
Thanks John!
finally you're back...
Yep!

Appreciate it! I’ll have to check those out in my journeys.
@@KylePugliese Colorado Bend is especially nice because it’s pretty far off the pavement and no hookups, so fewer people, unless it’s fishing season.
Looks pretty close too! I was at Cedar Point/Tow last weekend just south of there and it only had 5 sites with no hookups and was the dream
@@KylePugliese sounds nice!
That Kentucky site…wow.

You dip your own emblems or you purchase them ??
I had them wrapped with the van. Lucid Wraps in Denver, he does good work.
@@KylePugliese gotcha, thanks kindly for the reply.

Yeah the more I’ve tested it really doesn’t like tree coverage. I think I was more optimistic when I first got it.
