Tāne Mahuta | Aotearoa New Zealand History Walking Tour 4K

On this Aotearoa New Zealand history tour we are exploring Tāne Mahuta. Tāne Mahuta is New Zealand’s largest and oldest living Kauri Tree.
It is know as the God of the Forest and features in Maori mythology. It is estimated to be between 1250 and 2,500 years old and has a height of 45.2m.
Tāne Mahuta is accessible via a short track, which takes you under the canopy of the mighty Kauri tree.
