I never had a consultant do a set up demonstration with me, so it was great to watch and make this, and learn ALOT along the way. Thank you so much for posting this! I wish all consultants were as dedicated as you are

      Hi Judy,
Its a shame you didn't get a delivery briefing but I am so pleased this video helped you :)

After seeing this, I will feel confident in making my own stock past...I’m a newbi and have had my Thermi a week.

If you pull the mc out and place the lid upside down on the jar it will allow you to pour it in and not worry about spilling.

Hi there. If you’re halfway through a recipe and you accidentally cancel it on screen. Can you skip to the step you need to be at or will it start chopping etc even though you’ve already completed those steps? Thank you

When you go back into the recipe it will start where you left off. If you hadn’t finished that step, just use the back arrow. That will take you to the previous step and you can repeat it. I hope this helps.
      Happy cooking

has anyone figured out from this recipe, which is from the cookiedoo , approximately how much salt is in 1 teaspoon of the stock paste? I am asking for approximate figures.

      Hi Halfdom,
That is a good question! I haven't calculated this but I will next time I make the recipe and add it to the story.

I presume you can freeze it?

      Hi Judy
Because of the high salt content it won’t actually freeze. It can be kept in the fridge or freezer. In the fridge it will still keep for 12 months.
