Very helpful video mam.... But mam i hv a doubt.... That agar patient ne koi usg nhi karaya h and full term par wo hamare pass aati h with mild bleeding or without bleeding..... Then kya iss type k case me ham PV examination karke ham found kar sakte h ki ye placenta prievia ka patient hai.... Is their any possibilitiy ??
Never do a p/V in bleeding patient after 20 weeks. If it is painless bleeding it is likely to be a placenta previa. P/V will lead to uncontrollable bleeding

Previous caesarean patient mein pregnancy ya labor ke time scar ke upar tenderness agar hai to danger sign hai. May be indicate scar dehiscence. Requires immediate hospitalisation and management
