Maam i have one patient in 3rd trimester with hypothyroidism (TSH = 5.04) and uric acid 6.6 .. so i started Levothyroxine 25 mcg. what does it mean if uric acid is present? And how to treat it? She also has increased BP

For 5week pregnancy.. tsh is seen 5… and have started medication of 25mg thyronorm.. will it have any adverse effect on child since tsh was not tested for first 5 weeks of pregnancy and therefore no medication was taken

No fibroids...No subchorionic seen
Single regular sac uterine seen
Is it nrml?? Pls reply

Depends on whether abdominal scan was done or vaginal. No heart beat or embryonic pole usually indicates blighted ovum. May repeat a scan after a week to confirm. Stay in touch with your doctor
