An Inter-house bilingual declamation contest was held at SCFG today. This event was a testament to the linguistic abilities of the students. The contest was a resounding success, showcasing the exceptional talents of all the participants.
A total of five participants from each house took part in the declamation contest. These students set the stage on fire with their powerful speeches on various topics, both in Urdu and English.
The event was graced by the presence of SCFG Principal, Ms. Sheena Sohail, who served as the chief guest. Her presence added prestige to the occasion and motivated the participants.
The contest was meticulously judged by a panel of experienced individuals. For the Urdu declamation contest, the judges were Mr. Muhammad Riaz and Mr. Shahzad Sharif. In the English declamation contest, the judges were Ms. Sara Rafique and Ms. Ayesha Humayun.
The results of the contest were as follows:
English Declamation Contest:
1st Prize: Aliza Noor
2nd Prize: Rebekah Zeeshan
3rd Prize: Amber Waseem
Urdu Declamation Contest:
1st Prize: Harram Javed
2nd Prize: Bushra Iftikhar Rao
3rd Prize: Noor ul Iman
The house trophy was awarded to Hamza House, recognizing their outstanding performance in both the Urdu and English declamation contest.
