The Lamborghini Leonardo DiCaprio wrecked in wolf of Wall Street sold in New York for $1,655,000... I don't car what a car is or how special a car a car is, paying 1.6 million for a completely destroyed Lamborghini countach is f**king insane in my opinion
Got it backwards. 2 lane was before american graffiti. There was 3 55s from 2 lane, one was a camera car and survived and is in private collection, another one went on to american graffiti and was changed/painted fur the movie. The american graffiti car survived and is in another collection. the crash car for the race at the end with Milner was a junk 55 with an auto that they got cheap just for the roll over scene. The last 55 from 2 lane I think went missing but was found eventually. Super interesting to dig into though
@highoktanegarage oh believe me, both are my absolute favorite movies. I've done a stupid amount of research on those 55s. One I think was finally found down by Mexico in a scrap yard, hidden away for years
That was pretty cool ,,it's interesting seeing what some of old movie cars sold for ,plus I didn't know the too lane black top 55 was the one in American graphity ,,cool 👍 👍
Yeah, I'll believe it. And not one of them will ever see any real road time, because they're not being purchased by motorheads, but by investors today. They destroyed any real opportunity for the rest of us to ever enjoy those cars again.
I am going to work on a “where are they now” video, and some movie cars actually do get driven! But, you’re right.. the vast majority are tucked away..
Please make more videos. This one had my attention 100% of the time. I watch the auctions on tv and must have missed almost all of these.
Thank you, I will be sure to make many more like this, as they’re a lot of fun to make!!

@@joshmalinowski2053 Shit you’re right 🤣
@@joshmalinowski2053 I could have swore American graffiti was ‘71 and two lane blacktop was ‘73

Great video
Thank you! I was mixed up on the 55 chev from two lane black top, but I’ll be sure to address it on the next one
I’ve never see 2 lane blacktop
What?! Probably the best car movie of all time. You have to see it
@@CaseyWayneHanson I’m trying to find it so I can watch it now
Not sure where to stream it. Try Amazon prime?
Horrible filming on 2 lane but it was cool
Honestly, if you’re not a car guy, it’s really a horrible movie… lol
Awesome
Thanks sir
@@ClassicCarRevivals hopefully the general Lee makes an appearance in the next installment

Found out I was wrong, and the 55 was in two lane blacktop BEFORE American graffiti, but yes, still the same car
Yo
That Joe Dirt car was close to where I live!
Badass!
Always wanted the deuce coupe from American Graffiti
That’s what got me into hot rods
Forgot Steve Mcqueen's Bullet Mustang
That will probably be in the next one 👍
