Since his first skate contest at 6-years-old, the now king of X Games has never looked back with 13-straight podium finishes. His addiction to skateboarding keeps him putting in the work on and off the board to separate the hungry up-and-comers away from his planted place at the top.
This is #MonsterMentality.
Man I watch his channel a lot. Never knew his story. It’s very motivational. I used to skate as a kid but I ended up hanging with the wrong crowed and didn’t get far. But I’m raising my daughter to be more active in sports and she already is riding a skateboard. I want to see her be happy and smart and not go down the road I took. So I skate with her all the time now. And we have fun doing it. Thanks for this video.

I remember seeing the first elementality video and Nyjah’s part came on. We were the same age and I couldn’t understand how much better he was then me at skating.
It’s insane when you focus on your talents, most of us never capitalize on them or even recognize what talents we have at such a young age. He’s the product of knowing.

I thinking of becoming a pro skate boarder, I've been skating for 12 months and I'm already better than everyone in my street at tick taking, some people are saying that because I'm 45 that I'm to old and been 197lb will make it to hard to do certain move's, but they haven't seen me kick turn on my 3 foot quarter ramp.
So I know I've got the skills u just don't know how to go about getting sponsored and becoming pro so any advice would be much appreciate.

@@headyadventure9331 no way, I know I've got what it takes, ill give you an example of my awesome skill, today I was skate boarding on my quarter pipe and I did a kick turn any my back wheel nearly went over the coping and I still made the turn, radical I know.
