So glad you're back, . Marika videos are always my fave bc of your natural chemistry and how easily and quickly she becomes relaxed /falls asleep it's so easy to relax through her if that makes sense lol.
Here’s some tips for scalp care I’ve discovered over the years: -There’s this little tool that is called a scalp massager. It’s a handle with a bunch of spikes, they don’t hurt though. You take that and use it to really scrub the scalp along with the shampoo. It basically replaces using your hands/nails to get in there and get any debris off. You don’t have to do it every shower depending on your hair/scalp health. -Then when you condition make sure to go all around the scalp, not just on top of the hair. Gotta really get in there, especially after heavy duty scrubbing. -In some cases you shouldn’t even shampoo every shower but still use the conditioner if the scalp is dry.
Never comment on anything on TH-cam but had to make a debut to say you and Marika are glowing ✨ You both look so happy and healthy. Blessings to both of you and thank you for the video ✨

Marika's reaction to Semide discovering her little dandruff was price less. I know the feeling...I get dandruff too from dry scalp.😂 I have to wash my hair deeply 1x a week...I use a leave in conditioner daily to help tone down the dryness. This was relaxing...thanks again for sharing.😴😴😴
Do you have a filter for your shower? Hard water can be a really big source for dryness. Also, have you tried a co-wash? I use As I Am Co-Wash. Hopefully this helps. ;)
