How can you stay awake during something SO heavenly and relaxing? 😌😴 I was nodding off within the first 10 minutes, lol. 😊 This video/collab was top-tier. As someone with horrible knots in my neck and shoulders, I could feel this. ❤❤❤

Bless you for your work, truly, as both a mother who gave birth twice via c section as well as someone who battles chronic illnesses and has experienced the worst of the healthcare system, but also some of the best ♥️ I also was published in love what matters - how crazy! I’m so happy to know that you are using your experience as a springboard for helping others undergoing and/or recovering from medical trauma, as I truly wish I had access to such resources when I was younger! My first c-section was an emergency after 15 hours of labor due to my son having a thee knot in his umbilical cord, although that wasn’t discovered until he was finally making his way into the world in the operating room! His heart rate had continued to drop severely with contractions and I was not dilating - I truly believe my body knew he would not have been able to safely come into the world naturally as I had planned, for which I am forever grateful and truly at peace with. My recovery from that birth was actually incredibly “easy” so to speak. Then with my daughter, I ended up requiring a planned c-section due to vasa previa and a velementous cord insertion. I thought that since I’d done it before, and this time I knew what to expect, it would be a walk in the park, but boy was I wrong! It was extremely difficult and traumatic, and I felt that outside of my husband and mom, I had zero support and no one to turn to. I didn’t mean to write this novel of a comment, but I just felt so compelled to thank you for your work in this truly under appreciated field! You are a beacon of light, thank you ✨

It took me a good year to transition out of being a student and it’s still hard! Be gentle and patient with yourself ❤️ and make sure to prioritize rest and sleep! School is so hard on our nervous systems and bodies
