Speaking as a random person, commenting on the dresses themselves (and operating under the assumption that the ball/event was a real thing happening):
1st Dress (light blue number) - Pretty nice. Fairly flow-y and light, seems like it would be pretty comfortable. Miiiiight be more fitting for an event more out of doors maybe? Not direct sunlight (much) mind, since you'd get a lot of sunburns unless you took the pains to put a lot of sunscreen on. I'm thinking more of an event with lots of tents and/or shaded areas. Seems more like a dress you'd see at a lunch event as well.
2nd Dress (red number with sleeves) - To each their own, but I'm a bit 'ehhh' on that. Particularly the sleeves. Makes it look too busy. Might also be likely to cause sweaty arms. Weakest option of the lot. Even losing the sleeves, I personally don't find it especially appealing.
3rd dress (black with patterns) - Definite contender, I think. Looks good, flattering, and seems fairly comfortable to move in. That it's adjustable is a plus too. Only concern I might have is it looks more like a dress for dinners, rather than dancing. Just by appearances mind, since it does seem like it would be comfortable enough for dancing to be sure. It just looks more like a dress for a dinner with some mingling. I suppose it's fairly multi-purpose dress in a sense? Can do it all well.
4th and last dress (blue gown) - A solid dress, to be sure. Not sure it's really flattering the wearer very well though, not that it looks bad on her mind. I'm not criticizing her or anything (just an observation), but I'm not sure she has the bust to pull it off particularly well, so it doesn't complement her figure. It's the most stereotypical evening gown looking of the lot though. Depending on the setting, it might be the best option, I don't know.
So, in summation; 3rd dress is probably the keeper. 1st dress if it happened to be an outdoorsy event during the warm months, so long as there was plenty of shade to minimize risk of sunburn. 4th dress isn't the most flattering of the wearer necessarily, but might be the most fitting depending on the event itself. The 4th dress is the least appealing to me, but if she really likes it more than the others for whatever reason, by all means, it'd be her dress and my opinions are just that, opinions.
Kind of fun doing this sort of analysis, speaking as someone who doesn't really know much about dresses and the like. I guess you could say, in the context of this video, I'm RPing as the friend trying to offer an objective 2nd opinion?

My favourite kind of asmr, measuring, and my favourite type of Kewas video, with this friend.
I don’t speak Czech unfortunately(but some words did sound polish, so guessing they similar). but still watched, and loved.
I loved the main camera angle. I’ll call it the Tom cruise camera angle, where you both look the same height, very good staging technique.

Give my opinion, but I have no style so may count for nothing.
First blue dress looks lovely for a holiday tea at an Italy beach resort.
Second dress in wine is perfect for a posh ball or dinner.
Third(and my favourite suited her so wel) looks great for a day in the city, or a weekend break.
4th is deffo for a wedding and a prom. And again, suites her so so well.
