Just the slight issue of the fact that it virtually halted the economy of eastern Canada for like 2 days, some people still don't have their internet back, interac transfers are still inconsistently being sent and the deaths from not being able to call ambulances.

Actually he’s a true editor because his goal is to reduce the number of frames he uses which only works if your working with a constant frame rate. Seeing as he was talking about having thirteen frames he’s most likely using 24 frames per second as his base. That’s not that high at all compared to gaming but is the standard frame rate for movies and lots of TH-cam videos and is the standard in most editing softwares

If you shoot a bullet straight up, it will lose all of its velocity at its apex and then drop like a penny. It's also important to note that falling objects don't get faster and faster indefinitely, they have a max (terminal) velocity that depends on its density.
Shooting at an angle however can allow a bullet to maintain most of its speed. So technically both of those viewers were "right".

We could theoretically think of Planck time (the time it takes for a photon to go a Planck length) as the smallest possible unit of time of the universe, and thus some sort of equivalent to a frame. In that sense, Lud would be saving morbillions of frames with every succesful push&flush.
Not really, a Planck length holds no physical significance, it is just the scale at which our incomplete model of quantum mechanics breaks down to failing to account for gravity
