1- kis time jaap krna best ae morning , evening or anytime
2- starting mein kitne minutes jaap krna chahiye
3- agar health issues hai toh kya bed par let kar jaap kr sakte hai ?
4- jabh kanth mein jaap suru hota hai ya hona hota hai toh kya feel hota hai kya sign hote hai
5- hum jaap kr rahe hai .. lekin humko kese pta chale ki hum sahi chal rahe hai
6- simple wording mein humko guide karo please please dont use heavy words
